Teaching neurosurgeons the basics of endovascular methods and techniques including simulator hands-on work!
The endovascular treatment of neurovascular disease is a very important therapeutic option for neurovascular diseases. Although neurosurgeons every day take part in decision-making towards endovascular or open surgical treatment only a little part of the neurosurgical society in Europe has practical experience in neuroendovascular treatment.
We would like to welcome you to the third edition of this special course. This course aims to allow young neurosurgeons to achieve basic technical and theoretical skills in endovascular treatment, and to improve their understanding of endovascular procedures, possible advantages, and pitfalls. The international faculty consists of dual-trained neurosurgeons as well as neuro-interventional specialists.
