Professor Yevhen Heorhiiovych Pedachenko is undoubtedly one of them.

A person who has never betrayed his principles or convictions,
he has remained devoted to his work, to the Romodanov Institute of Neurosurgery, and to Ukrainian neurosurgery — even when the path became extraordinarily difficult.
In times of trial, he did not seek to place blame but instead created constructiveness and a vision for the future.
His resilience, professionalism, dignity, and integrity have become guiding beacons for many generations of Ukrainian physicians.

Professor Pedachenko embodies humanity, courage, and unwavering dedication to the highest ideals of medicine.
As a leader, he has always united and inspired others, never retreating in the face of challenges.
In the most difficult years — during the pandemic and the full-scale war — he stood alongside his team, led the Institute, ensured the provision of neurosurgical care to the wounded, and continued to advance science, education, and clinical practice.

Today, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to you, dear Yevhen Heorhiiovych, on your 76th birthday — with deep respect, gratitude, and pride.
You are a Man of Honor, a Teacher, and a Leader who inspires by example.
