Andrii Mykhailovych Serdiuk was born on December 24, 1938, in Dnipro. He was a renowned specialist whose scientific and organizational activities made a significant contribution to the development of medical science in Ukraine. His works were distinguished by their depth, innovation, and high practical value, and his lifelong dedication became an example for several generations of scientists and physicians.

As an Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, he actively promoted the advancement of scientific research, the training of young professionals, and the implementation of modern approaches in medical practice. His authority, integrity, and humanity earned him sincere respect among colleagues in Ukraine and beyond.

The bright memory of Andrii Mykhailovych will forever remain in the hearts of his students, colleagues, and all who had the honor of working with him.
