According to Order No. 209 dated November 12, 2025, issued by the State Institution “Institute of Neurosurgery of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine,” the regular certification of research employees will begin in November 2025.

1.Scientists who are subject to certification must submit the following materials to the certification commission by December 15, 2025:

1. the attestation form completed by the research employee undergoing certification and approved by their immediate supervisor;
2. the report of the research employee undergoing certification, approved by their immediate supervisor;
3. a reference (characterization) prepared and signed by the immediate supervisor of the research employee and/or the head of the structural unit in which the employee works.

• The research employee’s activity report must include information on all types of activities over the past 5 years, indicating the total number of scientific publications; participation in research projects; and the presentation of research results at scientific and practical conferences and congresses.
• A list of scientific publications for the past 5 years (indicating separately articles, abstracts, monographs, patents).
